Print-on-Demand Product Policy
Some products sold on TheAnnointedArt.com are fulfilled through print-on-demand services, including Printful.
Print-on-demand means the item is created after your order is placed. Because these products are made specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect product choice.
If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:
•    Your order number
•    A description of the issue
•    Clear photos of the product
•    Photos of the packaging, if damaged
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, reprint, or refund.
Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
